TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

1. Your Obligations

   You shall:

   a) Follow and accept all instructions and information in www.pscgateway.gov.sg ("The Website") when making a scholarship application.
   b) Provide information which is true, current, complete and accurate when making a scholarship application.
   c) Not make any speculative, false or fraudulent scholarship application.

2. Parental Consent

   If you are under 21 years old, you confirm that you have obtained your parents' or guardians' consent to make the scholarship application.

3. Cancellation of Scholarship Application

   You must write to us if you decide to cancel your scholarship application made over The Website.

4. Access To The Website

   We reserve the right to deny or restrict access to The Website or any part thereof to any person at anytime (whether or not that person has been given access earlier)  without giving any reasons whatsoever.

5. Data Protection

   Information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy Statement

6. Liability

   We will not be liable for any loss, injury, claims, actions, costs or other damage which you suffer arising from or incidental to your making a scholarship application through the Website (including non-receipt by us of your scholarship application) unless such loss, injury, claims, actions, costs or other damage arises from our negligence or default.

7. Variation

   We may vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you.

8. Governing Law

   These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
